Since 2004, the Norwegian Fire Industry Association BTF has collected statistics for Norway on sprinklers sold and since 2013 also on water mist nozzles, divided into Conventional and Residential.
Every year, data is reported from a group of suppliers who are willing to share this with us and you. They do this without it being known who is reporting what.
BTF would like to express its gratitude to those who report and contribute to our establishment of the requested and desired statistics.
The statistics are first presented to our members before being shared with various Norwegian and Nordic contacts and European organizations such as EFSN, IWMA and EURALARM.
One that can be mentioned is Sprinklerfrämjandet, which has its own statistics for Sweden - see this here.
The BTF statistics have always been available to anyone who wants to take part in this, and now it has been made easier by being able to download it from here.
